The agreement between you and Billviser for using our billing infrastructure.

By accessing or using Billviser, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Ensuring the accuracy of the billing data you input.
- Complying with tax regulations in your jurisdiction.
3. Limitation of Liability
Billviser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to or use of the service.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Billviser Inc. is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
